Auto Bots cluster learned to code the ozobot to move
in different ways by using different color conventions. Without "directions" the bot follows lines and makes arbitrary decisions at intersections. The members had to create pathways that contained certain elements: turns, tricks, changing colors. The next level of coding is "ozoblockly" which creates electronic instructions in connected "blocks" that are then downloaded to the ozobot to perform without a physical path. The cluster began with the sharing of a great STEM book How to Code a Sandcastle which presents the elements of coding in story form.
