| The Pizza Cluster welcomed Mr. Frank Privitera from local pizza restaurant Pizza Italia to the group. Pizza dough in hand, they discussed the all important crust. Did you know that a little more sugar in the dough will make the crust will "brown" up more? Mr. Privitera pronounced the effort "nice and crispy." They also discussed the special brick oven in the restaurant in addition to the regular commercial pizza oven. Mr. Privitera brought along some cheese pizza baked at the restaurant so that the group could compare the crusts. Thanks very much for coming to visit! |
